Tabor Women’s Soccer

The Tabor College Women’s Soccer team returns with strong leadership in senior Dakota Spencer, who leads the team in goals as a 3-time all-conference player, sophomore Natalie Ford All-Conference, and junior Allison Cubbon who leads in assists. They are joined by a deep freshman class that will have an impact.

“Rachel Bennett came on strong late last year. Kami Quinn and Tiffany Wainscott had strong years and look like they will have a strong season,” said Head Coach of seven-year, Ian Thompson.

Thompson states that the teams is returning a good core of that has played since they were freshman.

“The freshman class is strong. We will be a very deep team and can will have lots of flexibility across the field. Will be looking to make a run in the playoffs,” said Thompson.

While Thompson sees dealing with COVID-19 and all the changes that will come with it as their biggest challenge, he and the team feels ready to conquer it.

Coming – The women kick off their season at 7 p.m. on Sept 5 at Kansas Wesleyan.
