Mark Donley (left), president of the Kansas Babe Ruth State Softball Com?mission, and Doug Sisk, president of the CVL Babe Ruth League and director of the Hillsboro Recrea?tion Commission, hold up the official programs that will be used during the 2015 Midwest Plains 10-and-under regional softball tournament that will be coming to Hillsboro July 14 through July 19. The two men signed the agreement earlier this month. The opening ceremonies and the first game in the eight-team tournament will begin on Wednesday with the championship game on Sunday night. For hosting the tournament, the CVL Babe Ruth League will be guaranteed a team in the tournament.
