Two warriors and four Eagles feted for softball

Junior Annie Whitaker of Marion was named to the Heart of America League second team by the HOA coaches.

Senior Raelene Allen received honorable mention as a utility player.

Marion finished with a 3-7 record.

Four players from Canton-Galva also were honored: Allison Bressie as a first-team pitcher, Destiny Hett as a second-team infielder, Kimmy Voth as a second team outfielder and Lacy Kopf received honorable mention as an infielder.
