Peabody drops game to Little River

Peabody was no match for the Little River juggernaut last week. Peabody fell 48-0 managing just 95 total yards of offense for the contest.

Ro Weerts led the team in offense with 40-yards of rushing.

Peabody gets back into action when they travel to Chase County on September 14 for a 7 p.m. kick-off.

Hillsboro Middle loses two to Reno Valley

The Hillsboro Middle School Volleyball teams lost both sets to Reno Valley last week.

The seventh graders lost 9-25 and 12-25 while the eighth grades lost 16-25 and 9-25.

For the eighth graders, Makenna Reed led with three kills.

Centre crushes Herington

On the road last Friday the Centre Football team beat Herington 46-0.

Goessel gets win over Rural Vista

The Goessel football team won a big game over Rural Vista at home last Friday, 56-6.

Canton-Galva gets week two victory

Hosting Chase County, the Canton-Galva football team evened its record to 1-1 after defeating Chase County 50-14 last week.
