The Marion/Peabody-Burns golf team competed at the Sedgwick Invitational Friday, where the Warriors finished third as a team with a score of 476 behind Hutchinson Trinity (376) and the host team (390).
Hap Wadel led the team an 18-hole score of 108, good for 15th place among a field of 24. Max Caldwell shot 113 (16th), Devin Soyez 113 (17th) and Tabor Workman 142 (24th).
The Warriors were scheduled to host a meet Tuesday and will participate in the Marion County Invitational Friday beginning at 8 a.m. at the golf courses in Marion and Hillsboro.
