Heidi Grimmett paved the way with a second-place finish in the girls’ 5-k in 18 minutes, 5.7 seconds, a personal-best time.
Bethany Grimmett was 18th in 28:32.1, a season-best time.
The girls’ 5-k course was short by half a mile, Thierolf said.
