Marion beats Halstead, loses two at Collegiate

The Marion High School volleyball team went 1-2 at the Wichita Collegiate quadrangular Oct. 7. The Warriors lost to the Spartans (16-25, 25-19, 12-25) and Hillsboro (17-25, 24-26) but defeated Halstead (25-22, 22-25, 25-15) in between.

Marion (11-15) got 12 kills from Julia Zeiner and six from Lindsay Hett in the 3-game win over Halstead.
