Sacred Heart won the team title with 60 points, followed by Sterling (54), Chapman (49), Wichita Independent (39), Hillsboro (27), Circle (20), Hutch Trinity (19) and the Wichita Collegiate junior varsity (12).
Faber placed third in the No. 1 bracket. She opened with an 8-6 win over Brittany Kitchen of Circle, then lost to eventual champion Janel Prather of Sterling (1-8) before defeating Lizzie Degner of Trinity (8-4).
Bartel placed fourth in the No. 2 bracket, defeating Hayley Worth of Independent (8-1) in the first round, then falling to Jamie Gellerman of Sterling (2-8) and Sara Tajchman (5-8).
In No. 1 doubles, Emma Heyen and Aubrey Meier lost to Sacred Heart (2-8), Circle (4-8) and Trinity (6-8) to place eighth.
In No. 2 doubles, Elise Heyen and Hayley Pankratz lost to Chapman (0-8), advanced with a bye in the consolation, then lost to Sterling (0-8) to place sixth.
