The Hillsboro freshman boys? team won the Inman Freshman Basketball Tournament on Saturday, taking both games in a three-team round-robin format. Hillsboro started the day by defeating Goessel, 43-25, with Jakob Hanschu scoring 12 points. The Trojans then defeated Inman, 47-38, with David Dick topping all scorers with 18 points. Pictured above (from left) are coach Spencer Brown, Philip Ediger, Joshua Funk, Grant Knoll, David Dick, Caleb Bettles, Dylan Hill and Jakob Hanschu. The team is 7-4 for the season.
