Cougar girls second at Eisenhower league meet

With a team score of 107, the Centre girls track team finished second in the last Eisenhower League meet Friday. Wakefield won the girls? competition followed by Centre, Hope (82), Solomon (70), White City (66) and St. Xavier (9).

Hope won the boys? meet with a score of 145. Solomon (136) took second trailed by White City (88), Centre (59) and St. Xavier (3).

Two girls returned gold medals to Lost Springs. Theo Kassebaum placed first in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 17.4.

Ellie Miller jumped 5-0 on way to her first place finish in the high jump.

Trevor Troutt was first in the boys? discus, throwing a distance of 137-11.
