Canton-Galva?The Eagles were swept twice at Ell-Saline Tuesday, falling to the home team 25-12, 25-16, and to Bennington 25-21, 25-21.

The Eagles were scheduled to compete at Berean Academy Tuesday before hosting their home tournament Saturday.

Centre?The Cougars (10-10) picked up back-to-back wins over Peabody-Burns (25-15, 25-12) and Wakefield (25-9, 25-13) Tuesday.

On Saturday they traveled to Herington and went 1-2. Centre lost to Sacred Heart (25-21, 23-25, 12-25) and Council Grove (14-25, 21-25) before defeating White City (25-20, 25-15).

Centre was scheduled to compete at Little River Tuesday.

Goessel?The Bluebirds (14-5) went 2-3 at the Olpe tournament Saturday after going 2-0, at their home triangular Tues?day.

Goessel lost its first match Saturday to Northern Heights (21-25, 15-25), but beat Marais des Cygnes Valley (25-7, 25-21). The Bluebirds then lost to Wabaun?see (25-27, 19-25), Peabody-Burns (25-15, 25-16) and the home team (23-25, 22-25).

At its home triangular, Goessel beat Solomon (25-13, 25-7) and Little River (25-10, 25-10).

GHS was scheduled to play at a Hope triangular Tuesday before competing at the Canton-Galva tournament Saturday.

Peabody-Burns?The Warriors fell to Goessel (15-25, 16-25) and Wabaunsee (15-25, 26-24, 15-25) at the Olpe tournament Saturday. The losses came after Peabody-Burns split against Centre (15-25, 12-25) and Wakefield (25-12, 25-10).

The Warriors are 5-6 overall and 4-2 in league play.

PBHS was scheduled to compete at Elyria Christian Tuesday.
