Canton-Galva?The Eagles lost to Elyria Friday, 42-31.

?We played hard but just didn?t get the ball in the basket,? said coach Dale Dvorak.

Erika Smith led the team 11 points, and MaKenzie Farnham and Darci Enns chipped in seven each.

The Eagles are slated to play in the Goessel Classic Dec. 6, 9-10.

Centre?The Cougars fell to Southeast of Saline Friday, 57-22. Beka Basore led the Cougars with 10 points, while Amy Makovec and Makenzie Deines added in three points each.

Centre is scheduled to compete in the Herington Tourney Dec. 6, 8-10.

Goessel?The Bluebirds dropped a 30-18 decision to Inman Friday after leading, 8-6, in the first quarter. Point guard Jessica Harvey was out for much of the game because of foul trouble, which coach Ryan Hoopes said hurt the Bluebirds.

?After that we were out of position and looked very uncomfortable,? he said. ?I know foul trouble is bound to happen again in the future, so we will need to learn to handle those situations better.?

The Bluebirds are scheduled to host the Goessel Classic Dec. 5-6, 9-10.

Peabody-Burns ?The Warriors lost to Chase County Friday, 49-39. Leading PBHS in scoring was Brandee Burnett with 15 points. Rayna Barnes added six, Tori Schroeder five and Kaycy Gonzalez and Sarah Hofkamp four each.

The Warriors are scheduled to compete in the Marion Classic Thursday through Saturday.
