Trevor Hamm iced the game with a 3-yard run in the fourth quarter. Pratt nailed the extra point kick after each of the touchdowns.
Nathan Bishop completed 8 of 12 pass attempts for 82 yards. Five of those completions went to Brandon Pickens, who totaled 45 receiving yards.
Peabody?s longest play from scrimmage came as Adam Benson caught a 34-yard pass from Bishop.
The Warriors totaled 123 rushing yards, with Hamm totalling 76 yards on 18 attempts for an average of 4.2 yards per carry. Eldridge totaled 74 yards on 22 carries.

Centre?Little River scored 32 points in the first quarter of a 70-28 win over the Cougars Friday at Centre.
Down by 40 points, Bryant Brunner reeled in a 56-yard touchdown strike from Ben Krause with 9:37 showing on the second-quarter clock. Zach Slayden scored on an 11-yarder from Krause with 48 seconds to go.
Slayden scored on a 26-yard toss from Krause with 7:29 left in the third, and Brunner added a 76-yard fumble return with 3:10 left in the period.
Centre plays at Goessel on Thursday. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.

Claflin bounced back from a 6-0 deficit and doubled up the Bluebirds 24-12 on Friday.
Goessel opened the scoring with a 38-yard pass from Austin Unruh to Weston Hiebert, but missed the 2-point conversion try. Claflin broke a 55-yard run to knot the score, and took the lead with a successful conversion.
Claflin doubled its lead to 16-6 with a 1-yard run plus another 2-point conversion.
Craig Banman shaved the lead to 4 points when he scored from 5 yards out on a pass from Unruh.
But Claflin notched the final points of the game with another 1-yard run plus a third successful 2-point try.
Goessel hosts Centre at 7 p.m. Thursday.
