Area Cross Country athletes compete

Tristan Reed takes the lead for the HHS Trojans. Reed was the Trojan boys’ top finisher with a time of 17:31.6 for 21st place. The Hillsboro team ran in the Sterling Invitational on Thursday.
Emersyn Funk battling for position to take the lead with a 17th-place finish with a time of 20:42.4.
Caleb Diener running at Sterling, Kansas for HHS. He finished in 26th place with a time of 17:55.6.
