Goessel?The Bluebirds edged Inman Friday, 39-34, thanks to a double-digit effort from three Goessel players. Braden Unruh led with 11 points and Trey Schmidt and Davis Cook each contributed 10.
The Bluebirds will host the Goessel Classic Dec. 5-6, 9-10.
Peabody-Burns – The Warriors dropped their season opener Friday to Chase County, 56-46.
Austin Savage led PBHS with 17 points, with Christian Gard adding nine and Seth Topham eight.
The Warriors are scheduled to play at the Marion Classic Thursday through Saturday.
