Softball??The Canton-Galva softball team swept Moundridge Friday, taking Game 1, 3-1, before downing the Wildcats in Game 2, 6-1.
Brittany Leffler set the pace at the plate with three runs-batted-in against Moundridge. Aly Bressie pitched both games for the Eagles, striking out a total of 13 batters.
The wins come after the Eagles earned back-to-back victories over Sedgwick April 24. They won Game 1, 1-0, before picking up a 5-2 decision in the second game.
CGHS was scheduled to host Ell-Saline May 1 before playing Sylvan Grove Thursday.

They lost Game 1, 7-6, and the second game, 10-9. The losses come after being swept by Sedgwick April 24.
