Levi Wiggans, driving car 84W, wacks Thayne Meier in car 13 for a big hit during the Memorial Day weekend demolition derby Saturday night. The final heat of the annual bash-fest was red-flagged twice on account of fire, but Chad Markley eventually proved his vehicle?s superiority by taking Lance Diepenbrock?s out of commission with one last charge. Placing first in the final heat won $800 for Markley, and Diepenbrock won $500 for second place. Dustin Hendricks won the compact cars ?Figure 8? race, with Dean Suderman taking second.
