Local team wins 12U softball title

The Hillsboro Flash won the 12U girls softball tournament in Hillsboro this past weekend. The team, coached by Chad Nowak, went 3-0 for the title.

Running simultaneously with the 12U event were tournaments for 14U and 10U girls.
