Facility opening for weightlifting

The strength-training facility at Hillsboro High School will be open to HHS graduates and residents over age 19 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays beginning Sept. 13.

Participants must go through a 15-20 minute orientation class and sign a release form before they can use the facility.

Two times have been set for group orientation: 7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 13, and 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14. Arrangements can be made for individual orientation.

Jeff Haslett will lead the orientation classes and Tyler Peachey will manage the program.

Entrance to the facility is through the door in the new addition on the east end of the main high school building.

There is no fee for the program, which is being co-sponsored by the Hillsboro Recrea??tion Commission and USD 410.
