Hillsboro High School senior David Loewen signed a letter of intent March 20 to play basketball at Tabor College next season. A two-time first-team all-league selection in the Mid-Central Activities Association, Loewen helped the Trojans to a 14-8 record this fall. The 6-foot-6 post player averaged 13.5 points and 11.2 rebounds per game. Seated with him are his parents, Joanne and David Loewen.
