Centre?The Cougars (4-3, 8-7) took down Wakefield (0-5, 1-14) Friday night, 60-39. Brian Burhoop put up an impressive performance for the Cougars, racking up 25 points for the night.

The Cougars were scheduled to play Elyria (4-3, 8-6) Feb. 8, but that game was rescheduled to Feb. 14, due to weather. They are scheduled to play Chase County Friday, Feb. 18.

Canton-Galva?The Eagles (2-6, 5-10) defeated Sedgwick (3-5, 5-9) Friday, 42-49. Taylor Myers led the Eagles in scoring with 14 points on the night. Teammate Kaleh Dailey had 12 points.

The Eagles were scheduled to play Moundridge (6-0, 11-4) Feb. 8, but that game was postponed due to weather. It has been rescheduled to Thursday, Feb. 17. The Eagles were also scheduled to play Remington (4-3, 8-7) on the road Feb. 15, before returning home Friday to face Goessel (4-3, 8-8).

Goessel?The Bluebirds (4-3, 8-8) defeated league opponent Peabody-Burns (2-4, 5-10) on the road Friday. Bad weather forced the Bluebirds to reschedule their Feb. 8 home game versus White City to Monday, Feb. 21. The?Bluebirds were scheduled to play at Argonia Feb. 15, and at Canton-Galva (2-6, 5-10) Friday.

Peabody-Burns?The Warriors (2-4, 5-10) fell to league opponent Goessel (4-3, 8-8) at the Warriors? homecoming Friday, 56-49. The Warriors were scheduled to play Remington (4-3, 8-7) at home Feb. 8, but weather forced the Warriors to postpone that game until Feb. 14. They also were scheduled to play Little River (3-2, 9-6) at home?Feb. 15 before traveling to Moundridge (6-0, 11-4) Friday.
