Three Tabor College football athletes have received preseason honors from KCAC football coaches.
Jess Croley, a 5-foot, 11-inch, 275-pound offensive lineman from Wylie, Texas, was a unanimous selection on offense. The junior was a member of the 2013 All-KCAC first team.
Dylan Delk, a 6-3, 210-pound defensive lineman from Peabody, was selected on defense. The junior ranked 22nd in NAIA Division I last year in tackles for loss (161?2) and 30th in sacks (7).
Ben Gardner, a 5-10, 205-pound linebacker from Hillsboro, was also selected on defense. The junior recorded 58 tackles last year.Last season, Tabor had an overall record of 10-3, having advanced to the NAIA Football Champion?ship Series, where the Bluejays defeated Benedictine before falling to Grand View in the quarterfinals.
