TC soccer falls to Oklahoma Wesleyan

Both Tabor soccer teams lost games to Oklahoma Wesleyan Saturday.

The Tabor men endured a 3-1 loss to sixth-ranked OWU.

After a scoreless first half, OWU scored three goals before Tabor got on the board on a Trevor Peters goal, assisted by Bransyn Felty and Giovanni Marti?nez.

OWU outshot Tabor 25-11. Goalkeeper Antoine Williams had 10 saves.

With the loss, Tabor dropped to 6-3.

The women lost to OWU, 5-1. OWU had a 2-0 lead at halftime and expanded it to 5-0 before Cari Tippin scored for Tabor on an assist by Ashtyn Stephens.

OWU outshot the Blue?jays 22-6. Goalkeeper Carly Rowan had 10 saves.

With the loss, Tabor dropped to 3-5.

Coming?Tabor will host University of Saint Mary Saturday. The women play at 6 p.m., followed by the men at 8:30 p.m.
