Tabor track competes at Emporia

The Tabor track team competed at Emporia State Saturday in the last regular-season meet before NAIA competition.

?It was a cold, windy day which made quality times and marks more difficult,? coach David Kroeker said.

Emily Post took fourth for the Bluejays in the women?s high jump and sixth in the triple jump. She will enter national competition as the No. 5 triple jumper in the NAIA.

Tynan Honn took fifth in the women?s shot put and Jasmine Peggese placed eighth in the women?s hammer throw.

For the men, Justin Ball placed seventh in the men?s 400 and Ryan Chippeaux came in ninth in high jump.

Coming–The Bluejays are scheduled to compete in the NAIA nationals at Indiana Wesleyan May 26-28.
