Two Maize High School athletes have signed letters of intent with Tabor College.
Jordan Funk will participate in men?s basketball. According to Micah Ratzlaff, head coach, ?At 6-4 Jordan, has the ability to play inside as well as outside. Jordan is the smartest and hardest working high school player I have recruited all year. He is very mature physically and a big time leader on and off the court,?
Maize High School won the Ark Vally-Chisholm Trail League championship this past season. The Eagles finished the season with a 16-6 record.
Funk was named to the first-team all-AVCTL and received all-state honorable mention.
Jaimie Williams signed a letter of to play women?s tennis at Tabor, according to coach Michael Hagen.
?Jaimie will be a great addition to our tennis team as well as our campus. I am really excited that she has chosen Tabor,? Hagen said.
