Tabor College softball team extends loss streak to 10 during spring break

During spring break the Tabor College softball team was scheduled to play eight games in five days in Oklahoma and Texas. The Bluejays managed to get in five games, losing eah one to end their losing streak to 10.

After a doubleheader at Hillsdale Freewill Baptist in Moore, Okla., was cancelled March 22, Tabor traveled to Cedar Hills, Texas. to play Northwood University. Tabor lost doubleheader, 8-0 and 6-5.

Tabor then went to Irving, Texas, to play the University of Dallas. Tabor lost the first game Wednesday, 2-0. The second game was cancelled due to weather.

In the final matchup of the week on Friday, Tabor lost to Texas Wesleyan in Fort Worth 3-1 and 7-4.

Tabor fell to 5-11 after the road trip and is 0-2 in KCAC play.

Tabor was to play a doubleheader at Haskell in Lawrence Tuesday and will go to Winfield Friday for a doubleheader with KCAC opponent Southwestern.
