Loewen earns NAIA recognition

Tabor College volleyball player Tena Loewen has received NAIA honorable mention All-America recognition from the NAIA Volleyball All-America Selection Committee.

The junior outside hitter was a first-team All-KCAC selection this year.

She led the Bluejays in service aces and kills this season. Her 78 service aces ranked third in NAIA Division I and was a KCAC best. She ranked fifth in aces per set (.58), 12th in kills (525)?and 21st in kills per set (3.89), which ranked third in the KCAC. She hit .228 in Tabor?s 23-12 season.
