Horner sets season-best at Concordia

The Tabor College track and field team competed at Concordia Friday.

Amy Horner attained a season-best 38 feet, 5 inches in the triple jump, good for first place, while Alyssa Windle finished fourth in the discus (153) and was sixth in the shot put (44-11).

Meanwhile, Avery Franz was the men’s highest finisher, placing fourth in the triple jump (42-7), while Josh Richert was 16th in the 800 (2:03.43).

Coming—Horner, Windle and Daniel Quiring will compete at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships in Gulf Shores, Ala., May 25-27.
