Centre High School alumnus and Ottawa University cross-country runner, Justin Garrard of Antelope, earned the first ever KCAC Men?s Cross Country Runner of the Week honor.
Garrard ran a personal best 26:27.3 at the Missouri Southern State University cross country meet Saturday.
Garrard, a senior, finished 30th out of 270 runners overall and was the seventh NAIA runner to cross the finish line.
