Four TC men’s soccer players recognized

KCAC men’s soccer coaches have released the 2016 all-conference selections with four member’s of Tabor College’s 6-11-1 team represented.

Senior forward Bransyn Felty received second-team recognition.

Felty led the Bluejays in goals (10), shots (55) and shots on goal (27) this season. He ranked second in the KCAC in game-winning goals per game (0.17), third in goals per game (0.56) and fourth in both points per game (1.22) and shots per game (3.06).

Three Bluejays received honorable mention: seniors Agustin Ariza and Drew Janzen and junior Quentin Francis.

Ariza, a forward, scored five goals and took 16 shots, including nine shots on goal.

Janzen, a midfielder, had two assists. He took three shots, including two shots on goal.

Francis anchored the Bluejay defense.

Tabor’s season ended with a 1-0 loss to Kansas Wesleyan in the KCAC tournament quarterfinals.
