Four Tabor College athletic trainers earned academic recognition from the Kansas Athletic Trainers Society in 2008.
Craig Fast of Frazer, Mont., and Maggie Weinman of Wichita were awarded ?first team? recognition because their ?KATS honors? grade point averages exceed 3.80.
Dan Sigley, of Hillsboro, and Tessa Siebert, of Henderson, Neb., were awarded honorable mention because their ?KATS honors? averages exceed 3.40.
Kansas State University student Nick Wedel, of Galva, was awarded second team recognition because his ?KATS honors? average exceeds 3.80. The ?KATS honors? average considers spring, fall, and cumulative GPA.
