Canton-Galva?The Eagles lost two games at Marion Tuesday. The girls lost, 56-49. Cassidy Enns led all scorers with 23 points. Kelli Nightingale added 18. The boys lost, 44-30. Travis Unruh led with 11 points. For more on these games, see elsewhere in sports.

The Eagles split games with Inman Friday. The girls won, 34-29. Enns led with 14 points. The boys lost, 36-25.

The Eagles were scheduled to host Moundridge Tuesday and will play at Berean Academy Friday.

Centre?The Cougars split games at Solomon Tuesday. The girls won, 45-39, using a big third-quarter effort which included three threes by Shelby Makovec. Makovec led with 15 points. Ally Basore added 11.

?It was kind of a sluggish game all night, but we were able to pull out the win,??coach Alan Stahlecker said.

Meanwhile, the boys lost, 55-22. Nathaniel Engler and Dakota Stimpson each scored six points.

The Cougars split games at Peabody-Burns Friday. The girls won, 58-14, behind a 21-point performance from Makovec. Lotti Benning pulled down 16 rebounds. The boys lost, 72-47. Cole Srajer led with 20 points. Dylan Deines added 12.

The Cougars were scheduled to host Goessel Tuesday and will host Rural Vista Friday.

Goessel?The Bluebirds split games at Peabody-Burns Tuesday. The girls won, 58-32. The boys lost a close matchup, 47-44. Lawton Makovec led all scorers with 16 points.

Goessel split games at Pretty Prairie Friday. The girls won, 50-26. The boys lost, 41-37. Lawton Makovec scored 12 points and had 12 rebounds.

The Bluebirds were scheduled to compete at Centre Tuesday and will host Wakefield Friday.

Peabody-Burns?The Warriors split games with Goessel Tuesday. The girls lost, 58-32. The boys won, 47-44. Kornelius Skotaam led with 10 points.

The Warriors split games with Centre Friday. The girls lost, 58-14. Katy Benson and Rylie McDowell scored six points each. The boys won, 72-47. Kornelius Skotaam scored a game-high 28 points. Vince Newman added 10.

Peabody-Burns was to play at Rural Vista Tuesday and will travel to Elyria Christian Friday.
