Lloyd Davies of Marion leads a station on macro invertebrates found in Marion County rivers during the 2014 EnviroFest for fourth-grade students of Marion County Sept. 17 at Brooker Central Park in Marion. About 140 fourth-graders and Centre?s fifth grade participated. The event included eight stations led by local experts. In addition to the Marion County Soil Conservation District, event sponsors included Marion Reservoir WRAPS, Marion County Farm Bureau Association and Carlson?s Grocery.
