The Emporia State Univer?sity Kansas Small Business Devel?opment Center will have a small business consultant in Marion from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednes?day, Nov. 17, at the Butler Com?munity College-Marion Campus located at 412 N. Second St.
