Steiner named senior designer at Tabor

Diane Steiner, a graphic artist at Tabor College for nine years, has been named senior designer for Tabor Communications.

In that role, Steiner will oversee professional and student artists in the design studio, which produces graphic artwork and promotional materials for the college.

?Diane is a gifted artist and valuable asset to Tabor College,? said Grant Overstake, director of communications. ?The quality she puts into her projects makes Tabor seem like a much bigger college in the marketplace.

?She puts a high level of dedication and skill into everything she does.?

Steiner has been instrumental in creating new marketing materials for student recruitment and is working on a new logo for the college. She also is engaged in several projects for the upcoming centennial celebration, which begins in May and will continue through the 2008-09 school year.

Steiner, a 1988 graduate of Centre High School, graduated from Fort Hays State University in 1990 with a bachelor of fine arts degree in graphic design.
