Sleep workshop scheduled for this week

The importance of a good night’s sleep for overall health will be the theme of the next Lifelong Learning program led by presenters Tate Moore and Mitchell Defiesta of the PM Sleep Lab.

The program begins at 9:45 a.m. Friday, April 26, in the Heritage Lobby of the Shari Flaming Center for the Arts.

The public is welcome to attend all Lifelong Learning programs and may register at the door. Fees are $5 per session, or $15 per individual and $29 per couple for the full semester.
