Preparing to compete

The Hillsboro High School commons area was abuzz Monday afternoon as HHS hosted the Mid-Central Activities Association league forensics meet. The commons was the staging area students used to hang out between events. To make room(s) for the the competition, classes in the high school and middle school were dismissed at 11:30 a.m. Results of the contest were not available at press time. Don Ratzlaff / Free Press
