Peabody-Burns FFA freshmen traveled to Goessel Sept. 22 for the annual Greenhand Conference and came home with three medals. Seven freshmen competed in the field of 350 other Greenhands from the South Central District. Lane Markham placed fourth and Bailey Penner and Bryant Young tied for seventh. The remaining participants, Devon Gaines, Chance Elliott, Dylan Boese and Adam Frye, just missed a medal by a few questions.
