MHS to present ?Father of the Bride? this weekend

Marion High School is presenting, ?Father of the Bride,? at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the school?s Performing Arts Center.

The play was postponed earlier in the month due to state basketball, said Janet Killough, forensics and creative writing instructor.

?Father of the Bride? is a comedy set in the 1950s.

The play involves a family with the daughter announcing plans to marry.

Other actors are Isaac Baldwin playing Buckley Dustan; Derek Stuchlik as Buzz Taylor; Brooke Johnson as Peggy Swift; JayDee Schafers as Miss Bellamy; Madison Chamberland as Deliah and Michael Kirkpatrick as Mr. Massoula.
