Marion-Florence FFA second at entomology event at Buhler High

Marion-Florence FFA placed second at the South Central District Entom?ology career development event Wednesday, April 1.

Marion hosted the event at Buhler High School, which was to host three other district career development events.

Students competing in the Entomology event were required to complete a written test over insects and identify 50 sample insect specimens.

Marion placed second in the A-team division with Kaylie Waner placing fifth overall. Antone Vinduska placed sixth individually and Tyler Palic placed 10th.

Marion?s team won the Greenhand Division with Alli Hett placing first, Tyler Makovec fourth, Alli Mol?leker fifth, Caleb Hett sixth, Jacob Vondenkamp seventh and Jayden Hallowell ninth.
