Hillsboro High School senior Jesse Allen signed a letter of intent Thursday to play basketball next year at Tabor College. Allen averaged 7.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.9 steals per game for the 18-5 Trojans. Seated with him are his parents, Debbie and Rusty Allen. Behind them are Micah Ratzlaff, Tabor head coach, and Darrel Knoll, Hillsboro head coach.
