Thomas Larabee, Jonathan Hinerman and Matt Reeh (standing, from left) and Callie Linnens qualified for the HHS team based on their scores on a personal finance quiz taken in class. The original classroom competition involved 1,500 other high school students. The top 20 teams (schools) were then notified that they qualified to compete at the state level. Hinerman achieved the second highest individual score at WSU. As members of the second-place team, each student received $50 in Kellogg stock.
