Kandis Pankratz (left) of Hillsboro and her parents, Phyllis and Bernie Elrod of Wichita, attended the Fine Arts Festival Thursday in the Hillsboro High School cafeteria and Hillsboro Middle School lobby and hall. Pankratz said her parents wanted to see their three grandchildren?s accomplishments. Students displayed drawings, ceramics, digital art, paintings and more. In addition, band and choir members from both schools performed. The event was organized by Gregg Walker, band director, Lynn Just, vocal director, Dustin Dalke, high school art, and Rita Loewen, middle school art.
