Hillsboro FFA team fourth in state

Hillsboro High School FFA students (from left) junior Landon Herbel, sophomore Seth Bartel and senior Neal Kaiser recently took fourth place in the state Ag Mechanics Career Development competition. The skills within the event included a general ag mechanics test and a team activity over crop sprayers and a welding exercise, according to Sonya Roberts, FFA adviser.

Kaiser placed 10th and Bartel 11th out of 110 individuals.
