Claire Heyen, a freshman at Hillsboro High School, was recently awarded a ?I? rating for her piano solo at both the Regional Piano Festival and the State Piano Festival. She is the daughter of Bruce and Janell Heyen of Hillsboro and is the student of Beverly Richards, Hillsboro.
