This is the third-grade class at Goessel Grade School during the 1959-60 school year, the first in what was a new building at the time. All former GGS teachers, staff, students and other interested persons are invited to the 50th anniversary program and open house for the building at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27. The program will consist of a panel, interviewed by Brian Stucky, along with music by students and memories from former teachers and staff. A historical timeline, articles and photos will complement a PowerPoint presentation. A cookbook compiled by staff and parents will be sold. Refreshments will be served afterward.
