Garrard earns law degree from OCU

Grant Chase Garrard, a 2002 Centre High School graduate, received his juris doctor degree from the Oklahoma City Univer?sity School of Law during a ceremony May 16 in the Oklahoma City Civic Center.

In 2006, he received a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Ottawa University in Ottawa. While at the law school, he was involved with the Pro?Bono-Equal Justice Works: Public Interest Law Group, working with Native American victims? rights and wills.

He also is a recipient of the Dean?s Summer Interest Fellow?ship and received academic honors on the dean?s list.

His grandfather is the late Elmer Wall and Frieda Wall of Hillsboro. His parents are John B. and Sandra Garrard of Antelope.
