Holding a big check for $4,010 are (from left) Hillsboro High School Principal Max Heinrichs and Terry Hagen and Randy Hagen, co-owners of Hillsboro Ford. The Hagens presented the check to Heinrichs during halftime of the Hillsboro-Goodland boys? basketball game last Tuesday as a donation to the HHS Booster Club. The money was raised this past fall during the annual ?Drive One 4Ur School? fundraiser hosted by Hillsboro Ford and supported by Ford Motor Co., which made a donation to the school for every registered test drive of a Ford vehicle on that day. Hillsboro Ford has sponsored the event every year since 2007, and has generated more than $13,000 to the HHS Booster Club as a result. Pictured to the left of the check are (from left) Robert Rempel, Doug Faul, Lisa Loewen and Alison Schultz. To the right of the check are (from left) Stacy Sanders, Shelley Rooker and Connie Weber.
