Jacob Fish, Hillsboro High School senior, signed a letter of intent Feb. 11 to play football for Garden City Community College this fall. Seated with him are his parents Cathy and Bill Fish; coach Max Heinrichs is standing behind them. Jacob Fish was selected as the second-team all-league quarterback this fall after putting up school-record passing numbers in almost every category: 103 completions in 240 attempts for 2,216 yards and 24 touchdowns.
