Teams from Marion, Hillsboro and Peabody FFA chapters competed in four events in the boys? division while Marion had a team compete in the girls? division.
In team competition, Hillsboro placed first, Marion second, Peabody third and two other teams from Marion placed fourth and fifth.
Individually in the boy?s division, Zach Jost from Hillsboro placed first, Tyler Slater from Peabody placed second, Jacob Yoder from Hillsboro was third, Jacob Czarnowsky from Marion was fourth, and John Hein of Hillsboro placed fifth.
In the girls? division, Shelby Percell placed first, Tacy Taylor was second, Ariel Depler placed third and Ashley Ratzloff was fourth.
Events for the boys? division included a wheelbarrow relay, a bale toss for height, a steer roping event, and a watermelon seed spitting contest.
Girls? events included a wheelbarrow relay, a bale stacking event, calf roping, and a seed spitting contest.
William?s Service sponsored the traveling plaque and cash prizes for team and individual winners.
